Since 1998, Lloyd has been witness to numerous exciting changes unfolding in Alice Springs and at Bindi. Beginning his journey in the Contracts department, Lloyd contributed to various projects, including Qantas headset refurbishing, document shredding, and other projects involving Silvan wheelbarrow construction and paper bag making. In 2018, he made a transition to the workshop, immersing himself in metalwork with projects from Stratco gutter ends, while also refining his woodworking skills by crafting our workshop products. His tasks included sanding, oiling, finishing, identifying wood grain, and gaining valuable experience in woodwork.

Amidst Lloyd's passions for classic films, video games, and his collection of caps, his wit and character have consistently brightened the atmosphere at Bindi over the years. Lloyd is highly respected within the Bindi team for his invaluable contributions and remarkable work ethic.
