Refund policy and shipping
If for some reason, you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us via bindienterprises@lifestylesolutions.org.au We send all small to medium size parcels by Australia Post, registered and insured. We will provide as much assistance as possible to locate any missing parcel or discuss any other issue you might encounter.
Larger items will be sent via TNT or Interparcel.
For international customers, where possible, we send all items via Australia Post. You are able to follow your parcels’ progress via their website: https://auspost.com.au/track
Tracking will be emailed to you once your order has been posted.
Every parcel that leaves our workshop and depot via Australia Post is appropriately wrapped and placed into Australia Post approved packaging. We have found Australia Post to be reliable and have not had any issues to date with goods being delivered in poor condition.
All goods dispatched via TNT or Interparcel or any other courier will be packaged according to the manufacturer’s recommendations and with the greatest care in mind.
Handling time: Due to staff capacity, and pending availability your order will be processed in 7-10 business days. Items such as tucker boxes, platters and lightshades are all made to order and may thus require a longer lead in time if not currently in stock. We thank you for your understanding and patience while we work through our online orders.
All goods need to be paid for before dispatch. Any damage through delivery will be the responsibility of Australia Post and or their contractors or agents or the Courier engaged. All claims for refund should be followed up with them and not us.
