The digital art and media program offers training in photography, video, visual effects, and editing. This program is available to all people interested in developing skills in this area. This assists developing your portfolio from conceptualisation through to all stages of multimedia.

The Digital Art Program runs in the form of block and ongoing workshops where artists develop professional practices in digital art skills with the support of Bindi staff members. Bindi assists artists with access to a variety of digital technologies such as Procreate, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro and a DSLR camera to expand the possibilities of their art practices, work to complete personal projects and work towards submissions to various national exhibitions and opportunities.

Bindi’s Digital Art Program also holds the annual ‘Bindi Digital Art Prize’ (previously the Central Desert Digital Art Prize) the only digital specific prize in Central Australia. Digital artists of all abilities nation-wide are urged to submit their films, photographs and digital drawings to be exhibited in Mparntwe, Alice Springs. Bindi Digital Art Program acknowledges the ongoing support from Agnico Eagle Mines Ltd through their Community Partnership Program, and Pam Usher Foundation.
